The Architectural Vision

In collaboration with Stratton Architects in Scottsdale, we developed a desert modern concept designed specifically for this lot.

The architecture responds to the water and golf corridor, balancing privacy with expansive views. The concept targets approximately 10,000 square feet and reflects restrained desert modern design with low horizontal massing, integrated landscape, expansive glass, and a courtyard arrival embedded within the lava terrain.
